The Partners

Michael Poteliakhoff, Dip Arch (PCL), RIBA


Michael has been a Partner since 1989 who joined the practice five years prior to then, and was formerly with Laurence King & Partners.


Michael’s specialism is in Conservation, particularly Ecclesiastical and related buildings.

He also has interests and experience in Lighting & Interior design, Planning Supervision (CDM) and Commercial & Residential Property.


Please note that he no longer takes on new appointments as a church (QI) inspecting architect.


Michael is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Ecclesiastical Architects and Surveyors Association. Michael is also a member of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. 

Gary Moore Grad.Dip.BS, MRICS


Gary has been a Partner since 1996 and was an Associate for eight years prior to that, after joining from London Transport.


A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1982 his specialisms are more Building Surveying orientated but variously include:

Road and Rail Transport, Conservation and repair of Listed Buildings, Party Wall Matters, Dilapidations, Refurbishments, Condition and Measured Surveys, Commercial, Residential & Industrial Properties, and Computer Aided Design.

BUILDING SURVEYING


In addition to repairs and refurbishment work Shenstones also offers consultancy services particularly with regard to Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters, Measured and Condition Surveys and in relation to wide range of property types.


Please note that condition surveys are bespoke and RICS Homebuyers Reports are not undertaken.


Commissions for Expert Witness are undertaken from time to time.
